Market and feasibility studies are conducted as preliminary exploration of a proposed project to assess its merits and viability. These studies aim to provide independent assessment that examines all aspects of a proposed project including global economy, local economy, global and local property market conditions, development concepts, survey of market competitors, demand and supply, estimation of development values (GDV) and development costs (GDC), planning permissions and restrictions, site appraisals, cash flow of the project, scheduling of project time frame etc.
